Belinda is an accredited Coach, best known for her passion and exceptional ability to lead and develop people. Belinda’s 20 years of experience in corporate HR combined with her extensive training and remarkable intuition enables her to get to the core of real issues and challenges (regardless of whether the individual is a Millennial, Boomer, Junior, or Executive) and successfully helps them to pursue, and ultimately, live their best life!

She uses a variety of modalities depending on client needs.  As shown above, her breadth of experience ranges from pure coaching to therapy using BWRT.  Over the years she has used her experience in business coupled with her experience and studies in human behaviour to come up with the best model and /or approach whether it be for a private client, one on one coaching, business coaching or group coaching.

She is a seasoned facilitator, who has designed and facilitated many leadership programs and workshops in her time. Through a collaborative approach, Belinda’s gifting is paving the way for organizations to navigate uncertainty and change in addition to developing culture and co-creating extraordinary working environments.
